Paisapaid was founded in 2014 by Dev Sharma, an Ex-HDFC Bank Personal Banker with over 10 years of experience in the Indian lending industry.
After working closely with customers and understanding how the banking system operates, Dev realized that thousands of capable individuals wanted to build a career in finance but lacked the right training and industry guidance.
He started Paisapaid with just 2 employees and a vision to simplify lending for both customers and loan professionals.

Dev Sharma began his banking career as a Personal Banker at HDFC Bank before founding Paisapaid in 2014.
With more than a decade of experience in lending, he has worked extensively across personal loans, business loans, secured lending, customer acquisition, documentation, and loan processing.
His goal has always been to simplify the lending industry and help aspiring professionals build successful careers with the right knowledge and practical skills.
